Phlebotomist Job at Cross Trails Medical Center
Our company is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team who will perform a wide variety of duties to ensure an excellent experience for our patients. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for routine specimen collection and processing, performing blood pressure readings, and maintaining patients' privacy during their visit. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience working in the medical field.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain, vial, and label blood samples for analysis.
- Be punctual and attentive to the needs of patients and laboratory staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients and laboratory staff.
- Be able to transport equipment from site to site in a timely manner.
- Be able to lift equipment, supplies, and samples.
- Be able to perform phlebotomy duties while following safety guidelines.
