Full Job Description
Hand in Hand Development, Inc., an Early Intervention Program seeks full & part time NYS Licensed Physical Therapists to provide therapeutic services in home settings. Our In-Home Services are provided in the 5 boroughs of NYC. We utilize a team centered approach fostering collaboration across all disciplines.
We have full time, part time and per diem positions available.
Responsibilities include:
- Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with developmental delays and their families
- Collaborate with families to create programs and work towards goals listed in the child’s IFSP
- Monitor & assess program effectiveness
- Document & communicate treatment results & individuals progress to relevant parties
- Work effectively with our team of multi-disciplinary service providers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with children who have disabilities and families
- Ability to build rapport with children & families
- Passion to help & motivate others
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Bilingual a plus.
