Job Title: Physical Therapist

MLee Healthcare has been engaged by a regional facility to recruit a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses, and a commitment to providing the highest quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders, including assessing their physical abilities, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
• Educate patients and their families about exercises and strategies to improve physical function and prevent further injury
• Use a variety of treatment techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities, to alleviate pain and improve mobility
• Document patient progress and communicate with insurance companies to ensure reimbursement for services provided

Requirements:

• Current state license to practice physical therapy
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and their families
• Experience working with a diverse patient population and a variety of diagnoses
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
