Unbroken Rehab and Athletics is a growing physical therapy and recovery practice who work with the active population. We have two locations: Edison Park and Lakeview neighborhood in Chicago, IL. Our primary clientele includes Crossfit Athletes, Powerlifters, Bodybuilders, and fitness enthusiasts . Our clients prioritize their health and we offer the highest quality service to make sure their needs are met.

We are different in that we offer one-on-one treatment sessions and offer a high quality service with a lower volume of clientele. We grow primarily through word of mouth so we prioritize creating a positive customer experience and it is of the highest importance to us.

We feel that a good candidate for this position is a good people person with positive energy and willingness to learn. You will be the "gatekeeper" to our practice and will be a prospective client's first impression of our practice.

*Job will be in-person for Lakeview location, and virtual for Edison Park location. You will be answering the phone and scheduling, etc for both locations

**For background information, this job posting will be for our Lakeview location. Currently we are located inside a Crossfit gym in Lakeview, but we have outgrown our current space and will be moving to a new location. We are in the process of finalizing the lease so the start date will be within 1-2 months

The job responsibility may include, but not limited to:

• Patient scheduling
• Sending/receiving phone calls, fax, and emails
• Insurance verification
• Day-to-day operations to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
• Special projects (ie ordering marketing flyers and products, clinic equipment shirts, project managing)
• In person assistance around the clinic (ie tidying up the clinic, setting up a patient for exercises, etc)
• Ancillary assignments for the benefit of the practice
• Occasionally attend marketing events, workshops, and competitions and provide support to the clinicians

Proficiencies in these areas would be preferred:

• Google Office
• Basic knowledge of fitness/rehab exercises
• Social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc)
• Previous occupation in a medical office
• Experience as a personal trainer

We are looking for someone who is willing to grow alongside our practice, and be adaptable to the demands of the clinic.
