As a Home Care therapist, you will have autonomy and control over your own schedule. You will be able to work closely with patients on a 1:1 basis is their home environment, gaining a true understanding of their needs and resources. You will also be able to impact your own earnings, taking on additional appointments as available. You will serve a specific territory of assigned clients.

For this role, we require that you possess an Associate's degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant as well as licensure/ability to gain licensure in the state you plan to practice.
