First Choice Physical Therapy - Full-Time Out-patient PTA

First Choice Physical Therapy is a growing and thriving outpatient, privately therapist-owned clinic located at the base of the Ruby Mountains in Northeast Nevada between Salt Lake City and Reno. We are a fun, hard-working, patient-centered team serving the health needs of people in Elko, Spring Creek, and Carlin, Nevada through our 4 offices. We are hiring a PTA for our Elko location. This PTA will be trained and groomed for a director position as they show the drive and abilities for said position.

Our focus at First Choice PT is on providing comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services. We specialize in treating a variety of diagnoses related to post-surgical recovery, orthopedic injury, sports injury, back and neck pain, soft tissue injury, work-related injury, motor vehicle accidents, balance and vestibular disorders, and neurological dysfunction. We treat patients of all ages and diagnoses appropriate for physical therapy.

According to the APTA’s Report (June 1, 2020), 9 in 10 PTs/PTAs will graduate with student debt. In most cases, this can take decades to clear. Our organization qualifies for FULL Student Loan Forgiveness. All our therapists currently take advantage of this program.

We are looking to hire 1 Full-Time physical therapy assistant who is motivated, hard charging, and who prides themself in being efficient, active learners, and pays attention to detail in the clinic and with their documentation/billing. 1-3 years of out-patient experience prefered, but would consider new-grads who are confident and comfortable working in an out-patient setting.

Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
