Position Summary:

As the Pick Pack Supervisor you will Supervise and manage the labor and equipment of the Pick/Planning operation in conjunction with the control tower guidance and direction. You will work closely with all departments to ensure on-time completion and maintain quality of orders to meet customer requirements, as well as work with the staffing agencies to ensure proper start-up and time is keeping is adhered too.

Overall Responsibilities:

The Pick Pack Supervisor will hire and ensure proper training of new employees for picking and shipping departments, ensure proper procedures are adhered to and up to date for the control tower for current and new customers, performance management of all employees, document, update and ensure procedures and quality processes are followed, and maintain supplies and equipment levels for the department. Other responsibilities may include monitoring order picking for shipment availability in WMS as it relates to the control tower, investigate and respond to any inquiries as needed by control tower, and updating and maintaining Kronos and Metrics in excel, as it relates to WMS reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Work Experience
• SAP is a must or equivalent WMS systems
• 3+ years of Supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of picking and shipping tasks along with – UPS, DHL, FEDEX
• Self-directed and goal orientated

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Ability to operate Forklift and walkee rider

• Light manufacturing facility
• Noise from working in a production area
