Picker/Packer Job at Goodwill TalentBridge
Goodwill TalentBridge is actively recruiting for Order Pickers in the North Chicago, IL area. This is a 1st shift, temp to hire opportunity. Previous experience is required.
1st Shift: 6:00AM - 2:30PM; M-F plus OT on Saturday's as required.
Pay: $16.00/HR
Pick orders to pallets using a paper pick ticket
Use wireless scanners, electric walkies, pallet jacks, tape gun, box cutter, etc.
lift up to 50lbs, consistently, throughout the day
MUST be able to work in a fast pace environment and meet performance metrics along with daily quotas.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 months previous order picking or warehouse experience.
MUST know how to use a pallet jack and pick orders proficiently
MUST have reliable transportation and solid attendance
MUST meet productivity metrics and attendance measurements in order to be eligible for hire
Previous Reach experience is a PLUS!
