Key Role:
Assist Army current operations with the administrative requirements of maintaining orders and central taskings. Assist with managing, reviewing, processing, and tracking Division orders. Assist with tracking Observer Coach and Trainer (OC/T) credentials, school program management, Worldwide Individual Augmentation System (WIAS) taskings, and training management, while working with the 1A and Corps training sections. Synthesize inputs from the Division and develop training support plans. Assist with school program management, land management, ammunition management, and training management. Participate in training meetings, in-progress reviews (IPR), semi-annual training briefs, and training support synchronization meetings. Prepare and update presentation material for senior leadership, middle management, and action officer level. Coordinate with Military branches and state and local organizations. Review, write, process, and track operations plans (OPLAN) and operations orders (OPORD), including annexes. Support the client in any manner necessary to accomplish the mission.
Basic Qualifications:
8 years of experience with training Military units
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to display an aptitude with DTMS, ATN, ATRRS, and RFMS
Captains Career Course or Master Leaders Course Graduate
Additional Qualifications:
Experience as an OC/T, Army Planner, Battle Staff, or Master Gunner
Experience with working on Military or higher headquarters staff
Experience with conducting mobilization operations
Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,200.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. Work Model
