The Plant Human Resources Manager will be accountable for delivering human resources leadership for a manufacturing facility. This hands-on position is responsible for driving the implementation of HR processes and initiatives and promoting a results oriented and performance driven culture.

The Plant Human Resources Manager should have:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive engagement at all levels of the plant organization
• Experience with data management
• Ability to manage the discipline process
• Expertise coaching and counseling employees
• A service-oriented approach to working with others
• Experience developing and implementing training to enhance skills of the workforce

The Plant Human Resources Manager will:

• Manage labor relations (including involvement in union meetings, grievances, and negotiations)
• Drive Talent Management processes
• Conduct employee investigations
• Manage and maintain adequate staffing levels for the plant
• Lead interview panels for exempt and non-exempt positions
• Have some payroll duties as needed

• Bachelor degree required
• At least 5 years of professional HR experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in a union environment preferred
• Must be proficient in MS Office suite

What we offer at O-I:

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $110,000 and includes a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
