Pay Range: $80k-$90k plus bonus

Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the development, delivery, and effectiveness of all apprenticeship and training programs, resulting in continuous performance improvement for all field and sales personnel. Develop and oversee new teammate onboarding programs to ensure a successful transition over the first 90 days of employment, contributing to minimized turnover rates. Partner with Department Managers to ensure co-workers receive monthly coaching sessions and scorecard reviews, and that growth and/or job level plans are developed and supported for all coworkers desiring career advancement.

Requirements:

• Leadership Experience Desired
• Journeyman Plumbing License Preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills, Ability to Write Curriculum and Speak Effectively Before Groups and Co-Workers
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Computer Skills
• Must be able to Sit, Reach, Stoop, Kneel, Crouch, Crawl, Hear, Talk, Lift and or maneuver up to 50 pounds, Type and Write
