Responsibilities:

• Service aspects include member relations, the ability to perform objectives in a timely and efficient manner with a focus on quality, while always maintaining an environment of hospitality.
• Take drink orders from members or servers and prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes. Mix ingredients for cocktails and serve wine and beer.
• Take food orders and serve guests who dine at the bar.
• Process, collect and handle payments.
• Responsible for setup, maintenance, and operation of the bar including washing, sterilizing, and polishing glassware and instruments. Assist with the proper opening and closing of the restaurant.
• Assist other servers and staff as needed; model and promote teamwork.
• Promote and embrace the restaurant’s community and culture by demonstrating respect, positive energy, dependability, honesty, initiative, outgoing nature, and a pleasant, professional appearance.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least two years of bartending experience and be passionate about hospitality.
• Superior temperament, adaptable nature, and good communication skills.
• Motivated professional with a love for taking care of others.
• Demonstrate integrity in all areas, both personal and professional.
• Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.
• May be required to work in very warm or cold conditions for an extended period of time.
• The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to serve alcohol.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to perform all functions at the indoor and outdoor restaurant and banquets level.
• Working with hot, cold, and potentially hazardous equipment as well as operating office equipment.

Compensation:

This is a seasonal position offered at $20 per hour plus gratuity pool share.

• Sick pay up to 48 hours a year - accrued based on hours worked
