However, if you do not have experience in the pool industry, we have the best training process and training supervisors that prepare you for day to day operations and professional success. We offer in-field and in-class training that helps to strengthen your knowledge and prepare you for promotions within the company.

Job Overview:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing our customers with weekly and or bi-weekly maintenance service on their residential pools. You will be trained to properly balance pool chemistry, clean the pool, and monitor the function of the pool equipment. The Maintenance Technician will communicate with the customer to provide them with updates on their pool and provide them the peace of mind in knowing that all they have to worry about is swimming in the pool!

Job Duties:

• Maintain Pool Tech's high level of customer care.
• Properly balances pool chemistry.
• Performs routine pool cleaning services.
• Communicating with customers to provide them with updates regarding their pool.

Qualifications:

• Current Drivers License with Clean Driving Record
• Willingness to undergo a background check according to local law/regulations.
• High School Diploma (GED)
• US Work Authorization
