Radisson Hotel is in need of Porters! We have a starting wage of $14.00 per hour. The Porter's purpose is to create 100% guest satisfaction by providing bell stand, shuttle, and messenger services.

• Transport guests to and from Airport as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of shuttle van daily.
• Maintain visibility by Lobby Door, greet guests with a smile and a welcoming, positive attitude while acting as an ambassador and/or first point of contact to the hotel.
• Offers information pertaining to Hotel, Points of Interest, and attractions in city and provides guests with directions, recommendations, and other Concierge related items.
• Handles guest inquiries professionally and with the utmost courtesy and accuracy.
• Assists guests with luggage, luggage storage & ensures proper flow of luggage from curb to front desk and guest room.
• Delivers packages, linen, and other items to guest rooms.
• Maintains the cleanliness of Hotel Front Entrance and Lobby to include parking lot, immediately picking up any trash or debris, notifying housekeeping of any major cleaning tasks.
• Ensuring all Radisson Brand Standards and SGS guidelines are met
• Assists with Continental Breakfast as needed.
• Keep consistent records, checklists & mileage to include guest interactions and activities taking place during shift.
• Ensures safety of guest belongings and following security procedures and reporting suspicious activity to security, manager, or MOD.
• Assists in ensuring safety of parking lot and exterior doors.
• Performs other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management
• Aids other employees and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and the hotel.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Have Valid Driver License
• 21+ (Insurance requirements to drive a company vehicle)
• Ensure personal appearance is well-groomed and Uniforms are clean and wrinkle-free.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds. Stand and/or walk for 8 hour shifts.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality.
