We are a boutique digital content creation agency looking for a full-time, Post Production Coordinator. Potential candidates should live in Los Angeles but will work remotely with the potential of 4-5 weeks of travel per year to production shoots.

Responsibilities

  • Reports to the post-production supervisor
  • Maintain and track delivery deadlines for creative asset post production across multiple content campaigns
  • Collaborate with team members to build timelines and schedules
  • Provide quality checks and ensure creative team is inputting notes when due, while relaying client direction
  • Maintain internal workflow and creative resources, allocating bandwidth on a daily basis between freelance editors
  • Collect all elements of deliverables for client approvals
  • Proofread/edit captions
  • Aid in the development and organization of materials for the production team and client meetings
  • Assist with production support, research, organization, and reporting.
  • Build and manage network of freelance editors
  • Interacts with other departments to ensure both agency & client needs are met
  • Maintain daily edit schedules for various projects
  • Stay on top of entertainment + sports pop culture, social media trends, and relevant Reddit communities

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years relevant work experience
  • Experience in the short-form video content creation space
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with often competing deadlines at once
  • Advanced understanding of file formats and intermediate skills using Adobe Premiere
  • Knowledge of social platform-specific media requirements and limitations (YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter + YouTube Shorts)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to interface with freelancers, internal executives and clients in a collaborative, and problem-solving fashion
  • Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Slack, Google Apps, PowerPoint and Frame.io

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with Smartsheet, Asana, SemRush + VidIQ preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with or experience in physical production helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
