TNT Services has been in business since 1989 and is the largest pressure wash company providing service to light-duty and medium-duty fleet vehicles in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. We also lead Semi-Truck and Bus Body repair, reconditioning, and detailing. Over the past fifteen years, we have expanded our services outside of power wash to become the complete appearance specialist. We are an aggressively growing company that has more than doubled in size in the last three years and has expanded our locations to include Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Kentucky, and Cleveland, along with our corporate offices in Columbus.

TNT Services has an immediate need for a 3rd shift Power Wash Department Level 3: Assistant Power Wash Manager. TNT Services is looking for hardworking, self-motivated individuals ready to start work today. Because we are unique, we will train the right candidate who is ready to learn a new trade.

TNT also has other opportunities including Level 1: Crew Leads, and Level 2: Crew Lead/Manager in Training positions starting off at $20.00 - $22.00 per hour if you do not meet Level 3 criteria below.

Responsibilities’ (including but not limited to):

• Scheduling and allocating crews for routes
• Work with Sales Team on scheduling and service requests from customers
• Monitor pre and post-trip condition of trucks and supplies
• Coordinate with onsite mechanics on equipment/truck issues
• Monitor daily truck inspections
• Interview, hire and train new employees
• Complete 90 day and annual reviews of employees
• Monitor and Review labor and fuel costs
• Work to ensure safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required (maximum number of 4 points on license)
• Lead Experience required
• Boom Lift/Scissor Lift Experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and occasionally move up to 100lbs
• Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
