Prep Cook/Line Cook Job at Son Of A Brunch
This position is responsible for the preparation of all our fresh produce, seasonings, raw and cooked meats, as well as the restock of the restaurant paper products and day-to-day operational items. The prep cook will also keep a daily up to date inventory checklist to ensure all products are stocked at all times. Upon completion of the daily responsibilities, the employee will be responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes and prep utensils.
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will also work on the line during our peak breakfast and lunch rush hours with food assembly and taking and cashing out orders, all while portraying top-tier customer service for our amazing customers.
