Responsibilities: As an educator of young children, you are responsible to provide for their physical needs, their feeling of safety, and for their sense of belonging. Facilitating an environment appropriate for each age group will allow for maximum learning potential. We provide our educators with a proven curriculum, allowing you to focus primarily on implementation of that curriculum and classroom organization. We believe in a positive approach to discipline. Teachers provide positive reinforcement when children do well and kind, constructive reinforcement when children need redirection.

Swim instructors help build a lifetime skill, self confidence and happy swimmers.

Qualifications: Must meet all requirements stipulated by Galaxy Ranch Private School and by the State Regulatory Agency.

LEAD TEACHER:

TX Driver’s License

Preferred -3+ years experience

CPR/First-Aid

Preferred -AA in Early Childhood or CDA Preferred

ASSISTANT TEACHER:

TX Driver’s License

CPR/First-Aid (preferred)

Required High-School Diploma

Preferred some college

6 month-3 years experience

Front Office Coordinator: Must be organized, professional and have attention to detail. The Coordinators and assistants follow the guidance and directions of the front office staff and responsibilities will include but not limited to assisting in classrooms, caring for our clients with the front valet as well help wherever needed. Coordinator must remain calm during busy times. Needs to be able to answer phone and multi task.
