- Are an experienced President, with an operational and process focus mindset, while still being able to be nimble and entrepreneurial.
- Support the organization’s mission to get the military community the best products available.
- Have government contracting experience (preferably Military.)
- Have experience in manufacturing and supply chain management.
- Have worked in a start-up or entrepreneurial organization.
- Can build an organizational culture of accountability, respect, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Are a humble, strong, and steady leader with high emotional intelligence that can earn the respect of team members at all levels.

As the PRESIDENT, you will be responsible for:
- Overall financial performance of this privately held business.
- Functional responsibilities including Production, Contracting, R&D, Operations, Quality, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
- Evaluation and improvement of all business processes in collaboration with the senior management team.
- Managing and growing the organization by diversifying customer base.
- Improve On-Time Delivery and quality through strategic work with supply chain partners and contract manufacturers with an eye to eventually manufacture in-house.
- Work with retained EOS consultant to improve organization function, culture, and efficiencies.
- Drive profitability and focus on ensuring optimized cash flow.
- Responsiveness to military customers’ needs with a proactive approach to communication that will ensure excellent relationships and encourage new business opportunities.
- Create and implement a marketing/business development plan for continued business growth.
