Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager Customer Excellence, the Pricing Project Manager III will be responsible for the Customer Excellence Organisation (CEO) custom media pricing process. Where required they will directly support customers, building customer relations and customer loyalty through well-managed experiences with the CEO. The selected candidate will also support the BioProduction sales team by ensuring accurate and timely transfer of information between the account managers, customers and internal operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the harmonization of the pricing process for custom media between Grand Island & Inchinnan
• Liaise with Feasibility, CEO and Product Management to successfully price custom media
• Define product hierarchy upon SKU creation
• Work with the global pricing team and CEO to improve the annual pricing process
• Own the implementation of annual pricing
• Leads cross-functional teams appropriate to support the timing and scope of projects The suitable Project manager is responsible for assembling, analyzing and reporting metrics around service, quality and communication
• Where required provide project management support to BPG customers.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to timelines, achievement tracking, gate review, cost management, documentation, communication, report outs, dashboards, and all other requirements for the effective execution of the project per the contract and/or order.
• Accountable for building customer relationships, collecting customers need accurately, working in alliance with Account Managers to support business, and supplying timely responses to customer requests
• Accountable for the successful resolution of action items from customer audits, customer meetings and ensuring the timely completion of customer complaints.
• Where required will travel to visit customers during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) or for specific Customer meetings working closely with the account manager to accomplish a pre-determined set of goals and objectives for face-to-face meetings.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in biology, chemistry or related life science field required.
• 1-3 years of project management and customer service experience required.
• The ideal candidate will have experience leading and aligning project teams and have excellent communication/customer service skills.
• Experience in aligning international business teams is a benefit.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

• Must be a teammate and an effective communicator and have an ability to address customer needs for order processing.
• Experience working in a cross functional, matrixed, global environment preferred.
• 10% of time required for international travel to customer sites and internal meetings.
