Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day to day management of assigned practices.
- Responds timely and accurately to all incoming correspondence and inquiries from payers, patients, and other appropriate parties.
- Provides review mechanism and monitors every office procedure to ensure that systems and procedures are being followed correctly, working closely with Practice Care Management, Education and Compliance and Practice billing department, EMR Informatics and hospital departments.
- Supervises scheduling of practice staff, including coordinating the providers’ upcoming scheduled obligations such as Medical Staff meeting, inservices, public relation events, CME and vacations.
- Hires and schedules professional, administrative, and support staff.
- Responsible for process improvement, compliance and patient satisfaction within the assigned practice(s).
- Oversees the strategic planning implementation of the assigned practice(s).
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum Experience: One (1) year practice management related experience
This position's pay range is: $26.00 - 36.40 per hour, depending on education and experience.
Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increases, market adjustments, recognition bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
