Principal Total Health Management Consultant

  • Leads complex client engagements, including managing overall service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations, plan design, renewal, business placement, benchmarking and other studies

We will count on you to do:

  • Determines the full scope of services provided to the client and sets roles/responsibilities within the client team
  • Is accountable for revenue/profitability for client accounts and projects
  • Generates sales by expanding revenues from existing clients and by leading prospecting efforts with new clients
  • Establishes effective carrier/vendor relationships to serve clients in benefits procurement and administration (eligibility, claims, billing, plan implementation, contracts, plan changes and necessary amendment
  • Provides mentoring and coaching to direct reports and project team members.
  • Delegates effectively to provide developmental opportunities to team members.

What you need to have:

  • BS/BA
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience in a consulting environment

The applicable base salary range for this role is $115,200 to $230,400.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
