We’re thrilled to present this fantastic opportunity with one of our favourite VIP families who require an experienced and dedicated ROTA Chef to join their household team. Passion and creativity go a long way with this family! Home-style, wholesome cooking is their preference, with the ability to prepare Mediterranean meals and use fresh organic, locally sourced produce. Baked goods will be sure to impress!

The ideal candidate will be a professional person who is mindful, centered, collected and looking to support the household in a respectful and personal way.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in a private household
• The ability to prepare fresh, healthy, wholesome family meals
• Sourcing local and organic produce
• Creativity - presentation is a key part of the experience for this family
• Mediterranean-style cooking is preferred, along with unique salads and soups (healthy food is a must!)
• Baked goods are enjoyed for breakfast and in general
• Minimum 2 meals per day, sometimes 3
• Ability to work rotational shifts with the family's current Chef
• Travel with family, roughly 30% of the year both domestically and internationally
• Self-directed, comfortable working individually and as part of a team
• Currently resides in OR willing to relocate to Palm Beach, Florida
• Holds a valid USA work permit/passport

Salary, Benefits and structure:

• Rotational role, working in rota with another Chef
• 1 week on, 1 week off
• Working s 10am – 8pm
• Live-out (open to assisting the right candidate with relocation, to an extent)
• Annual salary of up to $140k
