PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Process Execution Specialist – T&E within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization is accountable for the successful execution and day to day support for all aspects related to travel at Owens Corning.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Execution
- Provide support to the execution of the strategic roadmap of Owens Corning Global Travel Program.
- Responsible that processes are executed according to established standards, process documentation is current, and processes being executed conform to OC controls
- Day to day operations point to solve and prioritize process issues
- Drive improvement by partnering with execution teams that increase the overall efficiency and quality of the process
- Partners with GPO (Global Process Owner) and key stakeholders to identify new system capabilities and processes to support business requirements
- Ensure financial and operational controls are executed in accordance with policy.
Process Health and Governance
- Accountable for the analytics, reporting and communication of all policies and requirements surrounding the design and the enforcement of company travel and card policies.
- Analyze, monitor, and report on global travel expenditures and partner with Account to Report GPO on identification and on going use of health KPI’s
- Use KPIs to identify process gaps
- Escalate to appropriate execution team if performance related
Functional System Deployment
- Owns Concur Travel and Booking system (T&E system); provides training for new users and escalation point for process issue and resolution.
- Participates in design and development workshops to provide a point of view in all T&E system processes and development
- Participates in cutover and supports system go-lives and stabilization and/or coordinates with the regional experts
- Delivers end-user training as required and/or coordinates with the regional experts
- Assesses system process change requests to determine impact and recommended course of action
Business Partnership
- Influence and manage stakeholder’s expectations
- Develop strong working relationship with key stakeholders within the OC functions and businesses.
- Understand the stakeholder’s requirements to continue to drive value through our service offerings and performance.
- Create, own, and train new and existing users and external partners on the systems needed to execute the T&E processes
- Ownership of Standard Operating Procedures – Notifies and trains appropriate parties that execute the process of upcoming changes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business-related field preferred
- 4+ years in travel and entertainment, finance, or similar field experience required
- Ability to travel up to 10% (both domestic and international)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a multi-national corporation in a corporate setting desirable
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and implement process improvements
- Demonstrated rate of growth and success in prior roles
- Change leadership experience and/or complex project leadership experience
