Position Overview:

The Catalog QA and Process Documentation Coordinator role is responsible for creating, updating, and ensuring compliance of all processes for the product catalog team. Attention to detail, process and follow through are critically important to this role. An individual who can follow processes accurately, document process and verify that they are being completed will excel in this Catalog QA and Process Documentation Coordinator position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and document all processes that impact the product catalog department
• Ensure that all processes are accurate and up-to-date
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in product catalog management
• Identify possible improvements and efficiency gains in the processes that are being documented
• Consistently and accurately go through periodic QA checks and escalate any issues
• Identify recurring issues or patterns in issues and create documentation on how to resolve

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail organization and accuracy
• Ability to document processes thoroughly, consistently and in an organized fashion
• Ability to communicate process changes and issues to team members who will be impacted
• 1+ Years of experience with ecommerce and marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay
• Desire and capability to become knowledgeable in the products and brands in our product catalog
• Desire to work with a large set of data efficiently and accurately

Optional Relevant Experience:

• Experience with powersports or power equipment parts
• Experience with E-Commerce
