Omni Healthcare Financial, LLC provides financing solutions to healthcare providers and individuals following personal injury events. Founded in 2002, Omni operates out of a corporate headquarters in Huntersville, NC. Through the Omni Healthcare and Glofin Funding brands, the Company provides medical lien funding and pre-settlement advances to underserved credit markets across the entire United States. The Company sources business through direct marketing and has an extensive business referral network that includes healthcare providers and law firms.
We're seeking an Processor to join our Denver, CO team.
The main responsibility of the Processor is to ensure that all documents, patient information, case information, facility information, facility costs/rates and signatures are in order prior to submission of payments to providers. These individuals will be in communication with their internal document management team as well as our customers who work in the healthcare facilities.
Ideal candidate must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple people, multitask, and manage an assigned pipeline in order to meet end of the month expectations. This position involves paying very close attention to detail, building, managing accounts, data entry, incoming and outgoing phone calls, developing business relationships and more.
Essential functions
- Maintain constant communication with customers regarding rate changes on the back end
- Must familiarize themselves with CPT codes and rates specific to said CPT codes
- Respond to all incoming requests regarding claim status
- Initiate refund requests
- Review patient case for accuracy and communicate with document management team for any missing information
Qualifications:·
- Prior work experience in customer service, a call center, medical, legal or insurance claims office.
- Working knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 & ICD-10 coding systems desired but not required
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Data entry experience
- Bachelor’s Degree desirable but not required
- Introductory analytical, problem-solving abilities and decision-making abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
