- Responsible for strategy, planning and policies to execute Onboard Dining Services onboard and throughout the supply chain.
What you'll do

- Leads team responsible for menu planning and development for onboard dining and service for the global airline
- Executes senior leadership customer experience vision, develops and aligns effective strategies and leads stakeholders thru design, execution and adjustments of onboard menus
- Analyze and respond to flight attendant reports, customer feedback and operational execution needs
- Monitors and reports on competitive landscape
- Maintains collaborative relationships and communicates effectively within Onboard Dining, Inflight, Procurement, Customer Experience, Finance and external distributor and suppliers
- Coordinate with Customer Research to understand customer behaviors and identify products to add value to their experience.
- Improve customer food and beverage satisfaction score in all cabins
- Control and reduce costs within defined targets and assistance of Procurement and Finance
- Support Flight Attendant service execution through clear and concise communication of product offerings.
- Align with Marketing strategy and objectives to develop products for our customers onboard experience
- Managers all customer and flight attendant facing materials
- Prepares and deliver presentations to all levels of leadership
- Completes other related duties as assigned
- Ability to travel including international as needed
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent work/training experience
- Proven experience leading projects across multiple stakeholder teams
- 5+ years of proven experience managing a large workload and changing priorities with limited direction and ease or relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Previous airline experience and previous food experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Highly creative and analytical while effectively managing processes within the team
- Ability to identify and drive creative product and marketing solutions while operating within a budget
- High level of initiative and proven experience managing a large workload and changing priorities with limited direction and ease
- Strong project management experience and analytical skills
- Proven track record creating and presenting presentation to all levels of leadership
