Essential Duties:
- Assist with production needs
- Maintain safe working environment
- Diagnose problems with finished machines
- Identify local parts suitable as replacements for items unavailable
Physical Requirements:
- Standing long periods of standing and walking
- Frequent reaching and kneeling, pushing, pulling
Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years' experience in assembly, inspecting, troubleshooting, dismantling, reconstructing heavy construction equipment is preferred but not necessary
- Welding ability and experience
- Good mechanical aptitude
