Production/Demolder – 1st Shift

Oberfields LLC is currently seeking an individual to work as our Production/Demolder – 1st Shift at our Delaware, OH facility. The primary objective of this position will be to perform all functions necessary to produce the highest quality products possible. Ideal candidates for our Production/Demolder position will be energetic, organized, have basic mathematic ability, two years of experience in production operations. They should be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is for the First Shift with the hours of 5:00 AM to approximately 4:00 PM Monday - Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed. The Production/Demolder position will report directly to the Plant Manager.

We are proud to manufacture all our product lines within Ohio including Obetz, Sunbury and Delaware. Outside of this area, we partner with a qualified network of distributors throughout Ohio and several additional states throughout the country.

Job Description:

§ Demold Product from earlier shift.

§ Palletize Product

§ Run the forklift

§ Assist in keeping all floor areas clean and well maintained in the entire production area

§ Notify Plant Supervisor / Manager of any problems that develop during your shift.

§ Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner and follow safety procedures

§ Support the plant metrics by performing various jobs as needed

§ Ensure that a quality product is being produced by continuously inspecting the product exiting the molds

§ Notify the Plant Manager of low levels of packaging supplies

§ Completely fill out all required paperwork in an accurate and legible manner

§ Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications/Requirements:

· Teamwork

· Ability to lift up to and including 100 pounds

· Must enjoy a fast- paced work environment

· High School Diploma

· Good communication skills
