You will report to the Production Team lead for the shift. You will work 6 am-2 pm Monday through Friday with possibility of overtime. This position is located in Beaver Dam, WI. The average temperature in the room you will be working in is 42-45 degrees. You will need to enjoy working in cooler temperatures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential duties include the following list below :

• You can inspect, pack, and stack products
• You are willing to train employees when needed
• You follow company policies
• You perform safety inspections following Quality and Food Safety standards
• You read and interpret documents such as; safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• You have good attendance
• You can lift up to 40 pounds frequently; lift/push/pull 30lbs occasionally
• You maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion
• Must ensure actions are consistent with and support plant safety goals and procedures
• You will potentially be assigned some cleaning tasks

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent preferred
