Our client, a food manufacturing company located in Dyersburg, TN is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their growing team.
What you will do in this role:
- Leading a team of employees in a food manufacturing facility.
- Providing day to day leadership, including scheduling, training, motivating and disciplining employees.
- Ensuring that all company standards and quality requirements are being followed.
- Creating a safe and efficient work environment.
What you will bring to the role:
- Previous leadership experience in a food manufacturing experience.
- A demonstrated ability to train, direct and coach employees.
- A working knowledge of GMPs, FDA regulations and HACCP.
