Bridgestone Americas and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone and associate brand products to address the needs of a broad range of customers and industries.

• $21.00 starting hourly pay rate
• $21.50 after 3 months
• 6 month pay increase intervals
• $25.00/hr. in 24 months
• Eligibility for Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription on first day of employment

• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Communicates well with other departments.
• Responsible to communicate to team members, manufacturing team members, department supervisor/manager(s), maintenance, customers, suppliers, etc. on issues in the areas of Safety, Quality, Production, Equipment, Process Methods, Housekeeping, etc.
• Medium physical effort is required to maneuver through out departments that includes climbing stairs, in addition a considerable amount of standing is necessary.
• Lifting requirements are 75+ lbs on an occasional basis. Lifting requirements range from a height of 6 inches to a possible height of 5 feet.
• A considerable degree of mental and visual effort is required to provide resource assistance to manufacturing. Must pay special attention to details and be capable of working without direct supervision.

• Solid work history with relevant experience is required.
• Manufacturing experience in a heavy industrial environment is preferred.
