To start, you would be working on a highly automated assembly line which inserts capsules and pills into bottles, then seals and labels them. This position is day shift which requires working 7:00 am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday, with some possible overtime.

Pay is based on an individual’s capability and experience but starts at $17/hour and goes up from there. Incentives and any overtime are on top of that.

Ideal candidates will have some mechanical ability and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bottling Line Operators will be responsible for setting up and operating bottling equipment, performing light maintenance, selecting the correct components for the run and reporting any issues with equipment directly to the supervisor.

Responsibilities

· Adjust equipment for each run

· Select the correct components for the run

· Conduct random inspections during production run

· Pack finished product into boxes for final inspection

· Clean and sanitize the work room and equipment between each run

· Stock shelves with new components when received

· Always maintain a clean work environment, you will be working in an actual “clean room”

· Perform simple scheduled and required maintenance to help keep things running smoothly

· Participate in inventory counts

Requirements

· Position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Must be able to read and decipher labels and sufficient math ability to do inventory counts

· Must have steady concentration, seeing depth perception

· Must be able to occasionally lift a maximum weight of 30 lbs. to load the machine

· Must be able to lift above your head

· Must be able to bend and twist daily

· Must be able to stand for more than three hours at a time without a break

· Must be able to multi-task

· Must be able to work the assigned hours and overtime when required

· Previous experience not required
