Material Handler/Machine operator

• 1st shift- Full time M-F with unlimited over-time available
• Moderate to heavy physical activity such as walking, and lifting is required daily.
• Required to handle materials and fragile products
• Clean/ temp controlled production environment, with ungraded employee amenities.

Experience

• Previous experience in factory or warehouse setting is recommended, but not required
• Must have an sound work ethic
• Be able to work in a team oriented environment

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Once fully trained by our team be able to identify problems or malfunctions with machinery and equipment.
• Once trained, operate forklift, and equipment as needed
• Demonstrates analytical thinking and problem- solving skills necessary to troubleshoot production issues, making recommendations as needed to improve processes.
• Once trained, have ability to understand and follow factory safety procedures and guidelines.
• Works efficiently and manages time effectively.
• Possesses physical strength and stamina required to stand, walk, and lift for long periods of time.
