ACHIEVEMOR, a global force in career development and emerging technologies, in partnership with AlRiyadah, is seeking a passionate and experienced professional for the role of Master Trainer for our Professional Driver Training Program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Role Overview:
This role is for International relocation to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the Master Trainer, you will be the cornerstone of our training program, leading a team of local trainers and ensuring the delivery of our top-tier training. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of professional driving techniques, and a commitment to developing others.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of local trainers, ensuring the highest quality of training is delivered
- Uphold and enforce ACHIEVEMOR's high training standards
- Foster a culture of safety, respect, and continuous learning
- Adapt and respond effectively to the evolving needs of our trainees
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $4,500.00 per month
