Integrated Program Solutions, Inc is seeking a full time Program Schedule Integrator.

Performs critical program management, technical, and business analysis of a major DOD production program and provides recommendations to ensure program success. Provides program analysis and schedule integration support for all aspects of software planning and execution, software development activities, future capability integration. The Program Schedule Integrator will create and maintain an integrated schedule to build and communicate plans, progress, and adjustments and will collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Applicant must be able to establish and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders and provide concise communication and briefing to all levels of Program leadership. This position is located in Patuxent River, MD. Onsite is required a few days a week with allowable remote work per the Customer’s approval.

• Support the development and execution of a major aircraft acquisition program.
• Monitor and report status to IPT and program leadership on actions to include cost, schedule, and technical challenges.
• Coordinate and communicate within a team of internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain an integrated schedule.
• Determine and illustrate critical path drivers.
• Perform integrator analysis, identifying major cost/schedule drivers and related risks.
• Prepare reports on findings of analysis and present to senior leadership

Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree and 6+ years of experience
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products;
• Demonstrated experience with MS Project or equivalent Schedule Software;
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills;
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Security Clearance:

Due to the requirements of this contract, U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required. Active Security Clearance is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
