Job Summary:

Charlotte Community Health Clinic offers high-quality medical, dental, and behavioral health services for children and adults. We work towards a healthy community where all individuals, regardless of ability to pay, have access to comprehensive health care.

This role focuses on creative and practical components needed to develop evidence-based best practices in clinical programming and products across a variety of innovative healthcare fields. This role will incorporate knowledge of compliance and operations in clinical content and program delivery. Works work collaboratively with the Charlotte Community Health Clinic Executive Team, through a skillful combination of individual initiative, team leadership, and collaboration with a variety of stakeholders to support key and specific components of product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the creation, implementation, and ongoing development of evidence-based best practices for Charlotte Community Health Clinic’s clinical programs and products.
  • Coordinates strategic financial goals with executive leadership and finance team to ensure financial stability and budgeting
  • Works collaboratively with the Charlotte Community Health Clinic’s Executive Team
  • Knowledge of and ability to implement best practices and evidence-based programming in the development of innovative healthcare products.
  • Ability to incorporate regulatory and compliance needs in product development and delivery models to ensure safety and mitigate risk.
  • Creative and flexible problem-solving to align Charlotte Community Health Clinic’s clinical initiatives.
  • Willingness to be part of a team mindset valuing genuineness, integrity, respect, innovation, work ethic, and kindness.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and projects and communicate effectively within a team environment.
  • Identifies challenges with operations and gaps in delivery and works proactively to address unmet needs.
  • Leadership and communication skills appropriate to support and direct a team; including direct supervision of licensed and unlicensed clinical staff.
  • Performs other leadership and business operations duties as needed or assigned.

  • Working knowledge of the following software:
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Accounting Software


Education:

  • Completion of a bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university.


Experience
:

  • 2 years of experience coordinating healthcare programs in the nonprofit sector.


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at a time.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk working on a computer.
