Interim Delaware, a fast-growing home healthcare agency servicing the State of Delaware, is hiring a Program Coordinator to assist with all aspects of the Program. This is a position in our New Castle, DE office.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining the Finance roster

a. Adding new clients to the roster and removing discharged clients from the roster

b. Add new authorizations to the roster and remove old/expired ones.

c. Keep track of hospitalizations for clients who go in/out of the hospital

2. Maintaining authorizations

a. Adding new authorizations into the online system

i. Maintain the allotted units in each tier as necessary and move units as needed.

b. Monitor to ensure we always have an authorization for each client.

c. Monitor the increase/decrease of the annual authorizations

3. Monthly Roster Checks with nurses to confirm nurse caseloads.

a. Make any changes from previous month

b. Send nurse caseload roster to supervisors for approval and then complete any changes they suggest

c. Send each nurse their individual roster/caseload to sign and return, track unreturned rosters, and list them in nurse's roster email each month, save all signed/returned rosters to SharePoint

4. Monthly Audit

a. Check online system to see if needed monthly audit or t-log have been entered for each client

b. Send the list of outstanding items to each nurse (list of missing items is updated before each time it is sent)

i. 1 week before the end of the month

ii. 2-3 days before the end of the month

iii. 5-8 days into the next month

5. Monthly Billing Review

a. Weekly Billing Review report sent once a week until the final week of each month

b. Daily Billing Review reports sent during final week before billing date

c. Reports created as requested if any nurse wants to check their work outside of the weekly reports

The successful candidate will have:
