Responsibilities

The Program Delivery Lead develops programs designed to drive value-based relationships. Partners with leaders regarding implementation planning. Reviews and communicates results of programs. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.

Key Accountabilties -

• Lead efforts to build and enhance work streams for product efficiency that will ensure customer and stakeholder satisfaction by monitoring performance Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases

• Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to internal and external stakeholders at the most senior level. May be responsible for studies, Pilot programs, identifying access gaps, defining program requirements and engaging with customers to understand market needs and trends both externally and across Humana.

• Lead efforts in building business intelligence assets and socialize HEDIS trending.

Required Qualifications

• Our Department of Defense Contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position

• Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (eQIP - Electronic Questionnaire for Investigation Processing)

• Bachelor's degree

• Experienced with HEDIS and NCQA

• Experienced with Azure Dev Ops project management software

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in support of health plans or healthcare providers

• Experienced with T-SQL

• Experienced with Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI or Tableau and dashboard development

• Experienced with statistical software, such as SAS, STATA or R

• Demonstrated experience leading dynamic cross functional teams with high profile deliverables, competing priorities and short deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field

• Lean certification

Work at Home Requirements

• At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

• Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

• Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

• Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
