Lady Di Daycare & Preschool in Clio is looking to add an Assistant Program Director to our team! Applicants must be friendly, outgoing, and able to conduct themselves in a professional manner when communicating with staff and parents.

A bachelor’s degree and or an associate degree in Early Childhood Education/Development is required for this Assistant Program Director position.

Experience in childcare is preferred. Knowledge of Creative Curriculum and Great Start Star rating is a plus, but applicants can be trained. Health Insurance and 401K are available!

Responsibilities

• An Assistant Program Director is responsible for assisting and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our childcare center. This includes but is not limited to, Keeping a record that all staff training and requirements are up to date. Assisting and Educating staff by ensuring all Licensing regulations and rules are being followed. Assisting with daily schedules and making sure they are followed, assisting teachers with lesson planning and ensuring they are turned in in a timely manner, deligating and assisting with cleaning duties, ensuring classroom arrangements are safe and accessible, and building strong relationships with our families while still maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $12.00 - $14.00/hour.
