Description:The person selected for this position will be responsible for the coordination and establishment of program financial objectives & forecasts, quarterly contract status reviews (CSRs), monthly earned value management system (EVMS) including the development of accurate estimates to complete (ETCs), and variance analysis. The candidate will analyze the programs' financial performance and provide analysis and recommendations on performance and recommended financial CSR and long range plan (LRP) positions. The candidate will be expected to partner with Program Management, cost account managers (CAMs) and Planning team members. Additionally, they will be responsible for ad hoc requests and contract closeouts as needed.

Lockheed Martin Archbald is a full-service Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) facility that provides design, manufacturing, engineering, & field service support for both domestic and international customers. Our site manufacturers many products within the Precision Guided Systems (PGS), Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) and other MFC lines of business. For over 70 years our products feature safety-critical systems for nuclear submarines, aircraft carriers, & commercial nuclear power plants while also designing and manufacturing air-to-ground weapon and training systems for the US Military and international allied customers.

The Locale: Archbald is located in Northeastern Pennsylvania and is part of Lackawanna County in the Blue Ridge Mountain range. The entire region is about 100 miles from both New York City and Philadelphia. Archbald is a suburb of Scranton, PA. The city of Scranton hosts five colleges and universities: Lackawanna College, Marywood University, The University of Scranton, Johnson College, and The Commonwealth Medical College and one technical school, Fortis Institute. The Pocono Mountains and Lake Wallenpaupack are nearby.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Ability to obtain a DoD secret security clearance
The candidate must be a US citizen.

• Demonstrated financial accounting and analysis

experience

• Previous internship(s) in a related professional environment are a plus
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial audit and

controls

• Effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
• Ability to compile and prepare financial reports
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial standards and procedures
• Ability to work effectively across functions and

businesses if needed

• Proficient in SAP
• Experience working in MS Office suite
• Proficient in Excel with advanced knowledge of data mining formulas and analysis experience with large data sets
• MBA is a plus

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
