What You’ll Get to Do:
The Program Manager (PM) serves as the contractor’s single contract manager and shall be the contractor’s authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and government management personnel. Is responsible for all technical and managerial aspects of contract performance including implementation, technical assistance and life-cycle support of all MSC programs supported. The project manager shall have authority over the resources necessary to accomplish the work; provide information technology expertise and have communications skills to be able to interface with all levels of management; establish policies and procedures for achieving the standards required for contract performance assign, schedule, direct and control work effort of technical and functional specialists; ensure conformity of work to prescribed standards; approve correspondence which expresses the contractor’s policy, performance status, schedule and funding estimate.
Responsible for regularly briefing leadership on program status and milestones.
Applies operational knowledge and technical tradecraft to enhance the customer's planning, design, and implementation of a variety of projects.
Responsible for organizing, coordinating and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks that often require managing teams at multiple locations.
Manages and maintain interface with senior levels of Customer organizations.
Consult with Customers to formulate and review plans and deliverables ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules, costs and contractual obligations.
Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and Customers.
Collaborate with CACI management and staff while overseeing the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
Take initiative in identifying and acquiring potential business.
More About the Role:
The PM shall oversee contractor personnel project operations by developing procedures; planning and directing execution of the contractual, technical, multi-disciplinary engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative support effort; and monitoring and reporting progress. The PM shall manage acquisition and employment of project resources and control financial and administrative aspects of the project. You’ll get to provide a new enterprise-wide DevOps environment that develops next generation capabilities while integrating existing functional requirements.
Provide direction of program activities.
Keep both Customer and CACI management abreast of issues, risks, and accomplishments.
Interface with various levels of program leadership: project managers, task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel.
Must have demonstrated experience performing a full range of program and project management activities, including oral and written communications and formal programmatic documentation.
Must have experience gathering customer requirements and holding technical exchange meetings.
Have experience providing status reporting on all activities and conduct clear and concise stakeholder briefings.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Shall have a bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Computer Science or Mathematics or related quantitative field. Prefer to have a master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or Project Management.
Shall have demonstrated technical and managerial leadership in the scope and depth of tasks described in the Statement of Work.
Shall have fifteen (15) years of experience directly related to the implementation and maintenance of management information systems of which ten (10) years must be specialized.
Shall have, ten (10) years of specialized experience that includes: complete project development from inception to deployment; proven expertise in the management and control of funds and resources; demonstrated ability to manage multi-task information systems development projects.
Shall have five (5) years progressive experience as a senior-level manager of a technical, computer-oriented work force of at least fifty (50) people working through at least two (2) levels of supervision.
Experience serving as a point of contact to a government client.
Demonstrated experience in a managerial or leadership position.
The ability to Employ and leverage the principles and practices of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)™ to execute enterprise project management for the TO
An active certification in one of the following:
Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional (PMP) .

Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business management or other related field
