What you´ll do at the Danielson Group:

At the Danielson Group, you will work in a team setting where an open and collaborative culture will allow you to contribute from your first day. The Program Coordinator will provide support for the operational delivery of our courses and workshops, from first point of customer contact through the processes of staffing, delivery, and final invoicing. You will work collaboratively across departments to assure that the educators we serve are given the most value-laden professional learning experience possible.

A successful Program Specialist will be a detail oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills, who can work independently, is organized and enthusiastic, and able to understand all aspects of a project in order to facilitate its progress to timely completion. The person in this role is skilled in the use of databases and the whole array of Google and Microsoft apps for document, spreadsheet, and presentation production.

Basic requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or career technical education credential
  • 5+ years proven administrative or project experience
  • Highly productive remote working skills
  • Well-rounded computer skills
  • Experienced in the use of CRM databases, both data entry and reporting
  • Highly skilled in the use of Google and Microsoft apps for document, spreadsheet, and presentation production
  • Familiar with MailChimp or similar direct mail apps
  • Able to identify the need for integrations and implement integrations
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
  • Comfort dealing with changing and challenging priorities
  • Eligibility to work in the US permanently without sponsorship

Responsibilities:

Support Program Team by performing tasks related to organization and strong cross-team communication.

  • Provide polite and professional communication between key educational stakeholders via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Facilitate partner communications and disseminate information as appropriate to internal team or to field personnel
  • Modify presentations, proposals, newsletters and general communications as needed

Manage the online life of our courses (LMS)

  • Execute basic functions within the courses in our learning management system
  • Monitor and troubleshoot course delivery
  • Address user access problems, communicating with participants, rescheduling user sessions, managing group enrollments
  • Monitor and assess client engagement by conducting user surveys, aggregating the data, and reporting the results to senior personnel
  • Monitor user status and purge inactive users regularly

Support the planning and execution of live events including conferences, institutes, trainings, workshops, and internal meetings

  • Monitor event budget with Program Team
  • Research and book venues, plan and provide hospitality services, ensure collateral material and training materials are on-site, create and execute site operations plan including: shipping and logistics, audio-visual equipment and tech support, and other key services
  • Update and assist in production of program materials, including: video editing, development of printed materials, development of presentations
  • Set up and track Eventbrite registration site

Enter data and maintain data integrity in CRM database (Salesforce is preferred)

  • Use web resources (Niche, NCES, etc) to collect data for CRM (Salesforce)
  • Analyze data school and district
  • Produce meaningful reports from CRM database (Salesforce)

Track project processes from contract execution through final invoicing

  • Enter contract details in CRM database (Salesforce)
  • Prepare a SOW for staff performing work related to agreements
  • Invoice customers
  • Examine time entries per staff/per SOW/per project to make sure all correspond and to report discrepancies when they occur
  • Maintain the interactive spreadsheet of projects (SmartSheets is our tool) and assure the currency and quality of information entered there
  • Verify work has been done at issue of last project invoice

Support special projects based on needs of the organization

Salary range is 70,000.00 to 75,000.00 to start plus health benefits and 401K plan.
