Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting Project Manager(s) on a daily basis.
- Update project management software with appropriate status.
- Assist in solving field problems that arise on projects
- Work and communicate with all company personnel, suppliers, installers and clients.
- Hyrbid office/home position
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Prefer candidate with prior experience in Construction
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced computer skills
- Will embrace change

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
