WA (REMOTE)

Approved Meta Remote Locations: Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, Los Angeles, CA and San Diego, CA.

Summary: You will be partnering with a team of content owners that works across the Metaverse Content development ecosystem to deliver VR applications. Ideal candidates are methodical thinkers who can build solutions, and provide support while working in a dynamic environment. This role will work cross-functionally with the Metaverse Applications Team, the Metaverse Store Teams and third-party developers.

Responsibilities:
-Support the Metaverse Apps team with inbound 3rd party developer pre/post launch requests
-Respond to 3P developer requests using library of responses
-Triage requests for which there is no response, for processing by Dev Strat team on a weekly basis
-Ensure an SLA of X hours response time for inbound requests.
-Build and sustain a robust documented process for 3rd party developer post-launch requests
-Identify opportunities to improve operational excellence by sharing best practices
-Work closely with the Developer Strategy team to improve turnaround time for developer requests
-Drive escalations for developer requests as well as identifying actionable solutions
-Continually work to optimize process and improve workflow for project requests
-Work cross-functionally to drive execution and hold people accountable for actioning on requests

3 must-have hard skills: project planning/coordination, resource planning, process improvements

Nice-to-have skills: partner management, identifying common issues (problem solving),

Successful background: Worked in some form of AR/VR. Developer ecosystems. Partner ecosystems.

Selling points: Working on the Metaverse and helping to realize the vision. Cutting edge tech. Working with great devs and partners.

How will performance be measured: Number of successful projects launched. Success is defined by the quality of the product.
