We are currently searching for an enthusiastic, hands-on Project Manager Trainee. The PM Trainee will be hands-on in all stages of the solar system installation from start to finish. Green Home Systems is a highly collaborative environment, candidates must also possess excellent communication skills as well as a team-centered mentality. This position will be on-site at our Northridge, CA headquarters.

A day in the Project Management department looks like this:

• Liaison between the sales team, installation team, local permit offices, distributors, and customers in order to install a quality solar system.
• Coordinate and schedule any site visits with homeowners and installers
• Work with designers/engineers to create construction plans for residential solar systems
• Create project budgets and effectively forecast and track any deviations from budgets
• Work with local building departments/permit offices in order to attain project permits
• Coordinate materials shipments
• The Project Manager Trainee will be able to manage a multitude of different phases of the installation, and easily transition from one task to another.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
