Job Position Description:With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Production Managers take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry. Responsibilities:
  • Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
  • Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needs
  • Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence
  • Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner
  • Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines
  • Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively
  • Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
  • Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Materials, Trades and Financial job management
  • Must have valid drivers license, and be able to pass background and drug test.
  • Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling
  • Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating to all team members through different software platforms
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and work in a constant changing atmosphere with strict deadlines.
  • Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients, coworkers, and sub contractors.
  • Symbility and Xactimate knowledge preferred, but not a must.
