GATES is seeking a Project Manager to join our creative team in Los Angeles, CA. The role is full-time remote with frequent in-person team meetings. The role requires close collaboration with external clients and internal Art Directors and Creative Directors. The role is responsible for carrying out day-to-day project management tasks and supporting the senior creative team in executing project-based assignments. The role also oversees the production of photoshoots and working with broader external partners like art buyers and photographer agents. The role is responsible for managing internal schedules and external delivery expectations; preparation and presentation of proposals; and overall streamlining of internal and external processes.
As a Project Manager, you must be a natural and excellent communicator with a proactive approach to problem solving in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. You will be engaged across multiple projects and multiple points of contact and possess a strong sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability to see projects through from start to finish.
