Reporting to the Director or Senior Director, this position, under minimal direction, is responsible for program managing the launch of pricing transformation and engine activities across markets. This includes creating functional requirements for developing and launching the pricing engine software application, developing detailed program plans for build to launch activities, engaging with markets to gather/elicit information for technical and design reviews.
This position involves coordination of a diverse set of stakeholders, both internal and external, who contribute to the design and development of pricing system and implementation efforts. This position requires to take a leadership role on assignments and acts as a primary point of contact with stakeholders. Primary stakeholders include Global and Market Pricing Teams, Global and Market IT.
Development teams, and vendor teams.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Coordinate resource availability and allocation with vendors and internal global and market teams
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements and skills:
- Require a 4 year college degree
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Proven working experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
