Promoter for In-Venue Sales (Contract)

We are a fun robotic bar that operates at nightclubs, bars, and sports stadiums. Our product is EPIC - it looks like a high end jukebox with neon lights.

Customers order their cocktails in seconds and they're poured right in front of them. 99% of customers have never seen a machine pour cocktails and totally love it!!

Your job will be to approach patrons at the venue, and ask them to buy a drink from our machine. You will also engage with customers to show them how to order and answer questions. To do well in this role you should be comfortable on your feet for long periods of time, having the hustle to approach hundreds of people, and being part of the energy and excitement.

Responsibilities:

• Approaching patrons and asking if they would like to buy a drink. Most people have tons of questions and 90+% of customers film this product. Sell the experience: there is no wait, it’s new, fun, we run drink promos.
• Answering questions.
• Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with service.
• Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
• A knowledge of the Drink Menu.
• Turning the machine on/off at appropriate times, noticing when ingredients are out and taking appropriate action (usually to notify a technician/venue staff).
• Asking customers to post to their social media, especially in exchange for drink discounts/promos.
• Providing great customer service.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Able to work late hours - our current role is for a unit located in a nightclub, operating from 10 PM - 2 AM on weekends.
• Ability to HUSTLE and connect with different groups of people and get their interest.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Does high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Able to work in a loud, high-energy environment.
• Restaurant/bar experience a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
